Introduction
This page describes how we handle information when you use our mobile applications
Ballocity and Sudoku-PuzzleCraft (together, the “Apps”),
available on the App Store. It also explains how to get help if something goes wrong.
By using the Apps, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We design the Apps to work with minimal data collection. Depending on how you use the Apps and
your device settings, the following may apply:

Information you provide. If you contact us for support, we receive the content
of your message and your email address (or other details you choose to include).

Device and diagnostic data. Apple may provide us with aggregated or diagnostic
information through App Store Connect and related tools (for example, crash reports or usage
statistics), in line with Apple’s policies and your device privacy choices.

Data collected by Apple. Installation, updates, and payments may be processed by
Apple. How Apple handles personal data is described in Apple’s own privacy materials, which you can
review on your device or through Apple’s official documentation.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Apps;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you when necessary;
- Understand crashes or technical issues and fix bugs;
- Comply with applicable law.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when required to provide
the Apps (for example, with service providers who assist us under strict confidentiality),
when you consent, or when the law requires it.
Children’s privacy
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected
such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Data retention and security
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable
record-keeping. We use reasonable measures to protect information we hold, but no method of
transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal
information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us
using the email below. You can also adjust privacy settings on your device and in your Apple ID
account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will
change when we do. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
